But then it would prevent further adjustment, which isn't really a big deal. I know where I want it, unless I ever needed to make any real adjustments to the neck. I'm willing to bet there's nowhere easy to get just one replacement saddle.

Anybody had one of these not hold the height? The second string head I guess keeps losing its height, so after I play hard for a minute, the lower half of the string gets mutey. I guess one of the tiny adjustment screws keeps backing out.

I really want my bass to sound like it's coated in bacon grease, like Les Claypool's. I play alot of Rush as well, and I really love that bright grinding sound. Anyone have any ideas?

I actually have one that I'm trying to sell right now. I wanted to keep it for recording, because as previously stated a 100 times, the weight makes it unviable for live performance, but every time I play the B string, it slips off the edge of the fretboard. I haven't read any other complaints...
