In that pic its the roller pedal on the top row in the center. Active volume pedal made by Classic Audio (don't really know if they are still around, but can still find the pedals on the used market). It's not so great for swells, but perfect for me when I need to make on-the-fly adjustments.

Indeed I do. The OP pic happens to be pink, but they constantly change color. Highly recommend running them on a separate power supply.
