    Tech or Luthier in Beijing

    Hi, Does anybody know a good tech or luthier in Beijing? I recently bought a cheap bacchus jazz,that is a really incredible bass for the price. Only thing is the second fret seems to be a bit high. It buzzes on the F of the E string,when set up to my preferred fairly low action. Thanks
