Just stating the facts of things that do happen especially over the last 15 years. The disclaimer was put in place years ago by our lawyers that do only internet based cases. This was something they made us do.

Customers order was canceled due to the backorder and never charged. This is not uncommon with a business that operates 24/7. I also seen some private messages about support on this site? Huh? This is a bass forum not the Guitar Files.

We refunded your money but were sending you a "free one" on us. Enjoy!

Both complaints resolved successfully. Customer was refunded and BBB complaint resolved. Customers order was on back order and was sent an email the same day from our automatic email system.

This user "spammed" the Guitar Files site countless times until our system finally banned their ip. The customer received a full refund and was notified through our order system. We also notice they have 1 post here so there intention is not to be a community member.
