Yey. Now I'm a proper GK user. I've had a GK 410BLX cab for years, but I didn't want to brag about it. ;) But today I got my GK rig: 1001RB-II and NEO-212. It's awesome in my opinion. This rig replaces a Mesa 400+ and the BLX. Count me in!:bassist:

I live in Norway and have the excact same problem. I just bought a used stingray 4HH from USA for about 800EUR. And thats included taxes and shipping. That's a good way to go IMO. BTW, I bought it on talkbass.:)

I know, the backline sucks. :) but what cab would offer the most bang for the bucks? Just to mention, I like like my tone punchy with quite a lot of treble, round tone can I make without the help of the cab.

I don't have a bass, but my Mesa 400+ head has been in two big norwegian rock bands. Amulet and Turbonegro. I was actually very impressed with the state of it when I got it, you would think those guys beat up their equipment, but no sir, it's nearly mint.:)
