redsurrecting an old one, buit did anybody replace the controls of his AP5 with the EMG BTC System? I was wondering if that would improve the bass even more...

I have the same question. I need a replacement for my Dirnt and was wonderiing if the 51 RI neck will fit. Any hints to the answer are welcome.

I know, but I am not into Barts. The EMG Hz is their cheap line so probably not much of an upgrade to the ones installed. I'll write a short review when I checked the bass out!

I did. Thanks a lot for this! I'm not going to hack it up but might give it an reversible upgrade, i.e. some good EMGs. The blend - pot might need a replacement too. But I have to check it through some of my bigger rigs first.

Hi there, I am about to get my first Dean, a korean Demonator neck trough in white. Further nfo on these is rather hard to find on the web. Does anybody still have one of these and give me some mor insight ob quality and playability? I understand the 2010 version came with Deans own pickups...

Well, this version of the pickup is the fullrange, but yet time-correct version of a real mudbucker and therefor much muddier than the Gibson pickup that comes originally in the midtown. I replaces the original with a Bisonic by Curtis that really made the bass sound much clearer, but taht...
