    Dean Club!!!

I know, but I am not into Barts. The EMG Hz is their cheap line so probably not much of an upgrade to the ones installed. I'll write a short review when I checked the bass out!

    Dean Club!!!

I did. Thanks a lot for this! I'm not going to hack it up but might give it an reversible upgrade, i.e. some good EMGs. The blend - pot might need a replacement too. But I have to check it through some of my bigger rigs first.

    Dean Club!!!

The white Demonator arrived yesterday safe and sound. Have to give it a good cleanuing and fresh strings and then see if it will work strung in BEAD. From the first impression it seems solid. It is strange that you find so little about these on the web. If it suits me I am probably going to...

    GIBSON Club. Part II

Well, this version of the pickup is the fullrange, but yet time-correct version of a real mudbucker and therefor much muddier than the Gibson pickup that comes originally in the midtown. I replaces the original with a Bisonic by Curtis that really made the bass sound much clearer, but taht...

    Ampeg SVT-6 Pro distortion

Holy resurrection batman, I know... but I got one of that amps recently and while mine does not lack power in any way, there is that slight buzzing or fuzz-like behavior to the overtones when the notes ring out. It reminds me a lot (soundwise) of the bias drift thing with the svt 3 pro. I do...

Mesa M6 Carbine Mega Thread part 3:

So after 11 years without any issues my carbine m 6 started to sound noisy and quit working right away at a rehearsal 3 weeks ago. I had a local tech looking it over to find the failure and he said some of the the mosfets were toast. If I got it right, I will not have a chance to get it...

Mesa Boogie M9 Carbine and Bass 400+ schematics

Maybe this is a good place ta ask: Who is the actual distributor for Mesa in Germany? As far as I understand, Meinl is out of it since 2021.

    GIBSON Club. Part II

I think this is a LPB-1 Les Paul Special Bass. It was rather made in the 90ies and the bridge is not original. Gibson LPB-1 Les Paul Special Bass - Google Search
