Looking real clean. How was the gig?
So after 11 years without any issues my carbine m 6 started to sound noisy and quit working right away at a rehearsal 3 weeks ago. I had a local tech looking it over to find the failure and he said some of the the mosfets were toast.
If I got it right, I will not have a chance to get it repaired properly and up toMEsa specs over here in Germany since they will not give out the technical information to the tech over here and/or he will probably not be able to get the proper parts over here any way.
So what can I actually do to get my amp repaired besides shipping the whole amp to the US and back? is there a possibility to exchange parts and information directely between a qualified tech over here and someone at Mesa or some list of known good replacement parts and instructions on which components have to be changed or modified to use them?
Any idea or advice is highly appreciated.
