Don't remind me about the Indiana Jones line! I love the decor but it played tricks on me. "Oh good, we are almost there. Nope, we only made to the entrance of the tomb, the line spirals for another hour through the tomb." I think I am scarred for life because of that line.

I use the Adamas and I love them, even though they are 2mm. Works great for me. But I may try the Telefunken that another person posted about. I looked at em and wasn't sure about the triangle shape... But It won't hurt to try them for that price.

Hmmmm... What an interesting "dreamer" question. I guess my first purchase would be a Modulus TBX. I already have an Eden WT800.... so I guess I would go for cabs next and get an Eden 4x10 and a 1x12. I would then round it out by completing my effects chain with a hard to find Bassballs, then...

This is why I decided last week to suck up sitting in traffic and drive the hour and a half to just get my bass in hand. I wasn't prepared to deal with these people and have it show up broken. I am also super impatient. :)

If your budget is $3k... I would be heading straight to a Modulus dealer and looking at a Q5. Nuff said. Edit: If you want to save yourself a few bucks however, check out the Ibanez BTB lineup. I just bought a 1935... It is beautiful and sounds amazing. Your call...

Not sure if this was mentioned but your local guitar tech, if you have one in your area, could easily probably fix it for relatively cheap. I mean if it is brand new, it may need a set up anyway... unless you do all that yourself (personally I don't trust myself adjusting the neck).
