The only way possible, I think, would be to contact a local dealer and have them set it up. If we did something like that direct to the public, some dealers would get upset. Not to mention we would get inundated with requests from guitar players!
I don’t remember what the prototype switching was. I do remember Ken and Joe saying all three on sounded horrible. And I agree, there needs to be a neck/bridge setting
Glad I ran across this thread…. Looking at Glenzler stuff right now. I play upright at coffee house type gigs, and then electric with a full band. I’m debating a 1x15 with a 2x10 for full band, and then just the 2x10 for upright. Or should I just get 2 12s?
I tried v/v/t and didn’t like it. I prefer 1volume knob instead of having to turn both. The volume drop is phase cancellation, or frequency cancellation… I forgot which. I’m wondering if that would still happen with a 3 way switch? Or is it a blend knob thing?
I have the proto of the Mercalli when they first started making basses again. It has a black back.They started out with black backs, not sure for how long, and then they changed to all over color.
