Great bass. I bought a SR 805 about 3 months ago and really like it. Has great sound, very versatile.

I am probably going to go with ArtistWorks..Nathan East. I like his personality. I am going to do the $90.00, three month plan and evaluate where I am in 3 months. If I feel like I have progressed, I will stick with that.

I just bought an Ibanez SR 805 (5 string) and really am impressed with it. It has a lot of presence with the Bartolini pickups. Fantastic sound! Carvin makes a nice bass as well, but my opinion is that the Ibanez would probably hold its value better.
