I'm looking into getting a new speaker cabinet and I'm considering going totally closed back. Can someone explain to me the pros and cons? I've read a few comments that sound kinda like in some instances, pushing a closed back bass cab has the possibility to easily blow speakers.

I have no experience with them, but the Traynor sounds like it might be your best bet. I can't speak for the sound but if you listen to it and like it, atleast they won't gouge you for shipping. I wouldn't settle for just any old amp though. Do some looking on the locals and you might find one...
