I tried them years ago and I just couldn't get any depth out of them. then I switched to EB Slinky's and the sound came alive. I still play SS, but either DR's or Ken Smith Rock Master's.

Looks like I purchased an NS2002B in blue from GC. New strings and it's ready to go. My question is shouldn't I see a serial number on the back of the headstock?

I got one on a trade and after getting it setup properly, it plays like a dream. I use DR Low Riders and DR Hi Beams. I also put a new nut on it last week as the old one was chewed up for some crazy reason.

I have one in great condition and looking for opinions whether to keep it or get a Spector 5 Performer. I also have a Epi Tobias Toby 4 which I don't play too much anymore. I only paid $99.00 for the Toby so letting it go won't be too hard. Would you keep the Ibanez or sell both for a Performer...

It would be great to collect, but 12 grand could buy you 3 or 4 really high end basses.

Bought 3 packs for 9.99 each and they sound OK. Wonder how long they will last. Put them on my SGR205 and are a little harsh. Any input? I normally use Daddario's and they are much smoother. Maybe a bit brighter.
