First let me say the the size/weight of the 8x10 is not an issue so no need to focus on that. Has anyone compared the 8x10 to 2-4x10's? I am currently using an Ampeg 6x10 and its sounds pretty good. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the PV 8x10 has 4 - 2x10 compartments, not sure about...

Its at the Dr now. I ordered another quad of JJ KT88's to replace the 4 originals. I understand that an octet would of been better but couldn't drop that cash right now. He is going to tighten up the sockets and bias with the new tubes. Cross your fingers......:hmm:

Picked up the Classic 400 today...... WooHoo ! :hyper: Was not to wild about the lime green grill.......... But after I got it home and got the logo on it it looks OK. The guy had it powder coated and did a good job but its still a little different. OK, this thing had 4 original tubes...

Can anyone identify this bass? It appears to be a 51' P-Bass special but I cant find any documentation on it anywhere.
