Hi I had a regular upright bass stand that I adjusted for the size of the Stagg. I stand/sit next to it to play. Actually works great.

Do you have a picture of how you attached the rest? Also a lefty Stagg owner here!

FYI Update It was a bad string. Easy fix! :)

This may have been covered elsewhere but…. I have a buzz on my D string at the G position. Trying to avoid a fingerboard job. Any suggestions on what might be going on? Thanks in advance!

I have a friend who is a luthier and he’s going to redo nut and any bridge work needed. Didn’t want to start out with a true lefty double bass as I’m 66 and always played bass guitar. Figured if I didn’t like it it would be very difficult to sell. Plus it wouldn’t fit in my car for gigs! Lol...
