Hello. I have a Peavey Milestone II Bass from like 2001-ish??? It has been just fine for me. When I got it I wanted to learn bass a bit. Anyhow, I have been playing it alot more the last 2years. Anyhow shout out to a Milestone II...... Does anyone else have a Milstone II?

Based on the pictures, sure you could say it looks like 1/16" but I am not basing my 1/4" guess on the pictures. I'm basing that on what I saw when I held it in my hands and looked at it yesterday.

I have the serial # that is on the neck. Is there a serial # on the body too? If so will they be the same or is there a way to check if they are origanally from different Bass guitars?

......I'm just telling you what I saw when I was looking first hand at the bass and asking for other people's opinions.... I wrote that it was 1/4" because that's what I saw.

I did get to play the bass and look at the gap first hand. The neck does come out of the body at a slight angle. Is this adjustable or not?

I did test out the neck for dead spots but i didn't hear any. I had thought it but it is probably true... the gap should be a deal breaker.... I'm not looking for parts... I'm looking to upgrate to a nicer bass...

The headstock has a Fender serial # on it I wrote it down...MZ0163324. I did not question if it was a legit Fender or not. SHould I? Can I check it to make sure? Is there a serial # on the body too?
