    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

In one word: yes. If you have other such ideas please shout them out loud. ;) True. I didn't think of that and I'm already working on the next one, but having a glimpse at how things work behind the scenes, it's a lot of extra work for them (and highly appreciated by me).

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

So here we went from lowpass on the dry to a 4-band EQ on the wet + some more complex filter on the dry. You see, that is exactly my point: given the Anagram UX (but that would apply to any UX, including common analog pedals), now every distortion block should include all the functionality of...

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

Agree 100%. It was just an excuse to try and get to know my (potential?) user base a bit better. ;)

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

If I ever release it for Anagram, it would be for free for sure. What keeps me from doing it is that, after all, is that under the hood it's just a basic bandpass filter with fixed resonance with a few weird "features" that are even hard to hear on bass/guitar. Aren't the stock and marketplace...

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

Really? I mean, it would be easy to do, but is it exciting/interesting enough?

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

Thanks. Yeah, we could, and the methodology could improved, etc. but I personally would prefer Darkglass to concentrate on more pressing features and issues. This could end up being a time sucker to keep updated and might also create misunderstandings and false expectations. Perhaps a global...

I added CPU usage measurement methodology on the website. Numbers for each of my products on the respective product pages.

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

    1) Good one. I can certainly put that info ASAP on Clack's website, at least. 3) IIRC, it does already in Preset Hub. Again, IIRC, Small orange and red icons appear close to non-standard blocks to indicate that (orange = non-standard but available, red = non-standard and not available?)

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

If you have any question I'm here. To be as fair as possible: also the Pirkko Chorus Deluxe by Dirty Boys Audio has a crossover and is free. Check that out as well.

    Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

Being one of the vendors on the marketplace I may have a conflict of interest, but I can say I fully subscribe to this point of view. That's just what it is. Also, one of the reasons for me to join was exactly that Darkglass would never charge for effects in one way or another, as that could...

Multi-band compression: We can, but should we?

Totally agree on "it's good if you like it". Regarding people not thinking... well, I came to the conclusions that indeed many don't think. :) But they feel. Plus, sometimes many small improvements lead to a bigger one. Sometimes, not always. Certainly not if there are other bigger bottlenecks.

    Hello from Italy

Ciao :) Mark Bass is rather popular around here (and is Italian as well 🙃). I don't have one but I'd like to. MM-style basses are a bit less common perhaps, but I'm sure every bass player knows them anyway. Actually I bought that one because it's very comfortable for my small hands and it's...

    Hello from Italy

To be fair, the entire North Mediterranean area is amazing food-wise, with Italy perhaps being the best in variety for biological (highest biodiversity), geographical (water rich, mountains to coast, semi-desertic to alpine climates), and cultural/historical reasons (it was the center of world...

    Hello from Italy

Really? I know both sides very little, but the French side (Savoy) a little bit more - I lived in South East France while working for a well know synth company there for a few years and sometimes went to Savoy for fun. Anyway, Italy changes dramatically with geography. Every 20 km language...
