Well I say new bass day, I got this bass a week ago, after my Squier Mike Dirnt Signature decided to die on me (complete and utter failure of all the cheap hardware) really, that bass was just abused all its life, (don't worry folks, one day when I find the money to do a projects the good parts...

I think for the simple fact I need a soloution by thursday I am going to order a Behringer BDI21 off Gear4music and hope they can keep to their promise that they shall deliever before thursday

I am thinking of using this pedal to just turn up to gigs with, without and amp... Is it possible to plug this strait into a PA system and come out the PA system speakers, without the need of your own amp? Sorry for such a n00by question :L

I am not complaining about the amp itself, yes I consider it a small amp, but for the gigs I am currently doing with a highschool band in small venues about 30 miles away from where I live, carrying any kind of speaker is just inconvienent

I'd love to have roadies, but only being 17 without a driving license my problem is going to gigs i mostly use public transport :L

I am thinking about buying a bass head, but I want a small light package that sounds great and doesn't cost a bomb, what should I look out for when buying a new Head and has anyone got any recomendations?

I'm also thinking of getting one of these, I'd love to know if it can be coil tapped
