Might be best to have someone diagnose the problem but it depends on how much dough you want to put into it. These things have boards on top of each other and it's a pain to take apart. A tech will most likely charge you an hours worth of work just to take it apart.

oops, I was measuring with speaker load. Finally got it to 5.2 mV across r61, no speaker connected, and the trimpot is about halfway. Will play with the amp some and order a new trimpot. Thanks again for all the help!
