i have a katana 210,,love the amp but cant download the updated drivers onto my computer...or the instructions are just to sketchy for me been trying for 2 days...theres some kind of BIN file that i cant get open...any suggestions?

when you find a setting you like how do you save it ? do you have to have the foot pedal? i cant find ;saving a setting ; anywhere in the manual

my strat was having same issues turned out to be cable jack was just twisted inside...very easy fix is your cable hard to plug in or pull out? if so i would start with that
