As always it's a question of taste. I would recommended the GK Plex as it has more tonal possibilities and sounds way clearer. Sorry to say that, but to my ears Mark-bass kind of confuse "warm tube sound" with "dull and muffled" :facepalm:

Hi everyone, has anyone any idea which Bass Nathan East is playing in the Introduction video to his "Artistworks" class or in this 2019 Youtube concert? Is this a Bass Yamaha made especially for him (like they did for the mighty John Patitucci and he played on his "Brooklyn" Album)?
