I have owned and still own 70's Fender guitars. People that say they are all crap are idiots. I am sure there are bad ones but I personally never saw them and was an avid player back in the 70's. It was all Fender and Gibson ruling the roost and in my opinion making some of the best music ever...

Can't go wrong with a Fender! :) That said, I really like Ibanez. I have the EDB-600 and an SR-300. I love Ibanez necks! I also really like active basses. Unfortunately the EDB thought it was a Gibson and the headstock snapped. The newer SR has a 6 piece neck so that should not ever happen...

I like Ibby's, unfortunately the headstock snapped! on my Ergodyne EDB-600 (avatar) and I needed something, looked at others but after that 600 nothing else felt right. I like Orange.
