I just got the stock Kingston Super 5 as I had planned to have it upgraded with the US Super 5 upgrade package but after I received it and started playing it I was very satisfied with how it played and sound. The Super sounded really nice in my setup so no need to go any further for me.

These are the knobs on my MTD Super 5. These are fine and I will be leaving it as is.

I recently bought a MTD Kingston Super 5 and really like the knobs it came with which are way better than the stock knobs on some of the 535's. I will not be changing these as I'm fine with them. Like you, can't get why they put cheap knobs on the $6K basses but the imports come with better...

I put these knobs on my Lakland 55-02 Deluxe. I like them better than the stock ones it came with which were just like yours on your MTD.

I agree! I had the GK-400RB series 1 paired with the Hartke 410XL cab. One of best sounding combos I have ever used.
