larry sold out to samson a while back. truth is most amps are bic pens today unless you go into the hand made traditional style boutique line. go to guitar center and PLAY them because reliability is a hit and miss thing. most things are descent and have a 5 year warranty and electronic problems...

I prefer less-like the Acoustic 360 and the Ampeg Flip-Top. Volume, treble bass and SWR just has way too many knobs. I do like the sound, it just takes a long time to find it and I felt the noise level when idling was way too high

Genz Benz was purchased by Fender a while ago. I own and operate an authorized Fender service center in Minotola NJ 610-809-6648. Any decent tech should be able to take care of it though

i am looking for a very wet chorus for my bass in mono the tc sounds incredible in stereo but subtle in mono. what is out there for an old guy playing restaurants but looking for a very very wet mono live chorus?

as long as polarity of supply is correct the pedal will deaw what it needs so higher ma is fine lower is not good

I have an 02 VB 4 string and it is the best jazz bass I have ever owned. Try taking it to a competent repair man for a check up on your adjustments.

i just bought a 2002 VB jazz bass and i LOVE it. all tones are available, plays like butter and i have a 1966 all stock jazz i have had for over 30 years-it is like apples and oranges to compare them but i would give up either one!!!!!

i will not say the japanese instruments are better but they are definately equal. and a lot of the mexico stuff is slammin too!
