I did not find anything in the manual of my Zoom, but I see that others "cheap" DAC (es. Behringer Xenyx 302 USB) are afflicted by the same problem: they don't have a specific control for "mixing" the original sound. Maybe I will try with linux, with Jack I should be able to have a better view...

Can I use the B3 as DRY effect for a modeller like Amplitube in standalone? I mean: can I hear just the modelled sound WITHOUT the dry sound of my bass? Right now I'm using a Zoom G2.1 and I always have the dry - clean sound of my bass mixed with the sound processed by amplitube.

Whoot that sounds encouraging, thanks guys. I need to buy a new pair of active speakers (for everything) and I was wondering if I throw some more money on them maybe with something like a B3 it could be an improvement from my orange crush 35w. Opinions?

That's a good advice. But as they are like 15 years old I'd really like to get something new and better now. Still I will look into repair them and put them for use, thanks.
