I'm looking for a passive volume pedal option to run in the effects loop of a Subway Plus DI, does anyone have a suggestion what the resistance of the pot should be? I know the effects loop is line level.

The .250" dimension most likely refers to the shaft diameter, which is the same as the stock pots. The issue you may run into is if the spacing of the Mustang control plate holes is significantly different than the PBass layout. The wiring harness may not drop right in. I have no idea how close...
