    dinkbass, is this the only problem? How about the neck pocket? I went with the standard affinity 1 ply but if I'll keep this bass I'd love to put a gold anodized.

    I think it's a '05 version and it has 13 holes. Do I have any luck ? Anyone with gold anodized on his Affinity P bass?

    Just became an owner of a red affinity p-bass! I'll post pics when it's ready, I need a pickguard for it. Does anyone know if the Fender '57 gold anodized will fit without modifications? I don't mind about the screw mounting holes but for the neck pocket and the pickup.
