Subbed, I have exactly the same issue as shown in the video. I have a 210HE as well as a 115HE; the 115 is behaving nicely but the 210 has a rattling problem. Like in the video, if I apply pressure to the logo (slightly more than shown in the video, but nothing excessive), the rattling stops...

Well, it seems like we have similar preferences... :) Also flats on both, and (so far) have used passive mostly. And yes, it helps, some good suggestions that I’ll definitely try out, thanks!
