Yeah I own 2 H9's as well. Still getting them both setup as there is just so many possibilities (especially when you add in the Boss ES-8 into the mix that I have).

Yeah, I went the midi route personally. It is really the best way to control the H9 for switching between effects. I picked up a Boss ES-8 to be the main smarts of my pedal board, and it has no problems working with the H9.

Well, I always put the tuner first, then you probably want to put the compressor, BK3, chorus/flanger, and then reverb. You can try changing the BK3 and chorus/flanger around as they will give you different sounds if you do that, and really go with what sounds better to you for what you are...
