Hi all, I'm eyeing a lefty bass with a funny way the decals are placed. Doesn't the Fender name usually sits in the middle of the headstock from this era? I have been told by the seller that the neck is from '78 and the body from '81. And it is of course a left handed bass. Could be the reason...

For me the Fender Jazz bass has a pretty oddball shape, I would say.

I'm also 48 soon (30. of October) and also eyeing a fretless for myself. An RSD would be nice.

I got a broken turtle Ibanez distortion pedal from my guitar playing friend. Could be the Classic Metal. It didn't switch on/off when you wanted to, so it was really of no use when playing in bands. I wanted to sound like Cliff Burton <3
