Probably hard to find one pedal that will meet all your needs. As others have suggested, a combination may be the way to go. I'm currently running a Devi Ever Godzilla -> Megalith -> Bass Big Muff on my board. The Megalith has amazing low end, the godzilla has screaming highs. The BBM is...

My current board. Hasn't changed too much in the last few months. I plan on ditching the old Boss Chorus. Haven't decided on something to replace it with yet. Between the Godzilla/Megalith/Muff I can get some pretty hellish noise going on.

My Boss LM-2 is always on, last pedal in my chain.

Chiming in with more support for the NS-2. It has both gate and suppression modes, so if you want dead silence when you stop playing, it'll do that.

The Boss looper pedals have built in drum loops. Not very adjustable aside from tempo however. Also not quite a multi-effects pedal like you asked about :P

I was thinking having a mixer in front of the Zoom would be a good idea. One that had effect/send returns so you could put some effects other than the builtins onto your lines. I haven't even messed with the builtins yet. How are they on this thing? The MicroBR had some pretty tweakable...
