Thanks! I should add the neck, nut and intonation were perfect out of the box, but the string heights were quite a bit off. Reading the QC card made me laugh, I think they just stamped it and put it in the box.

There are much better avenues to exhaust before you completely close the door. In fact, doing something like that potentially opens you to a libel suit.
