I liked that CS62 pup so much I have it in four of my P Basses. Nothing like it IMO.

That’s a great deal, put some wheels on the bottom if it doesn’t have them already. One of the best 410s ever made, it pairs especially well with tube amps.

Amp settings are irrelevant unless you know the cabinet configuration you are using, notwithstanding going ampless and sending through the DI or fx send. Generally the more gain on that amp, the more (slightly) overdriven it will sound.

I think a Fender Rumble 100 would be a perfect solution for your second amp. It has enough power to sound decent and is very light. Life is too short to have unsatisfying bass tone. Fender Rumble 100

Having owned a DB750 and a mid-70s SVT, I can attest they are all great amps. I will add that I think the Ultra can get awful close to sounding like an SVT in the vintage voice with the drive a little less than halfway. Close enough for me, at least. Are we assuming here that the OP used the line out/send from the drums into the effects return or front input on the D800?
