    Bad drummers.

I've had a few bad experiences with drummers but I'll stick to one tail. I used to play in a technical death metal band and we had a really hard time finding a drummer. We found a guy who a lot of people recommended as a great drummer and we got him in for a practice. On his arrival to the...

    Fuzz for Doom Metal

After looking at reviews and videos of all these lovely peddles the Sanford and Sonny Blue Beard is pretty much exactly what I want for my sound. I can't even find a price for one in the UK though so it seems off the table even if it were in my price range. My task is now to find a peddle that...

    Fuzz for Doom Metal

Subtle is not in anyway what I am looking for ;). I can get a Electro Harmonix Big Muff Pi for pretty cheep second hand and reviews look pretty good. Would this be a good place to start trying to put together my sludgy sound?

    Fuzz for Doom Metal

I'm currently being recruited to play bass in a doom/sludge metal band. It's lower and heavier that anything I've played before and I'm thinking I can't just rely on my amps built in effects any more. I'm wanting a pedal to provide me with some mean sounding fuzz for under £100. What can...
