I play in a 20-pce classical ensemble and swing jazz trios. I've enjoyed the regular Perpetual set, but the Stark set is my set for the time being. I agree with all of the previously mentioned advantages. Furthermore: they amplify really well.

Some kind of (ribbon?) mic held in place with elastic rubbers, but what is the foam in the sound hole: a second mic? Seems like wired to me, so more than just foam used as feedback control, I'd say. E.g. view at around 20:50. Very nice sound!

Same here: Remic D540 (white) + FWF piezo into AI Clarus SL2. Works great, even in bigband setting.
