    Yeah, I actually just emailed the customer service dept last night and got a response that the metal grilles are mounted differently from the cloth, so some holes would need to be drilled. So if, knowing that, I still wanted one they'd try and track one down and get a cost to me.

    The link you posted is to a run of 5 Stingray Special HH SLO Specials that were made in 2021. Your bass is from 2012 and is a standard Stingray SLO Special. The Stingray Special has an 18v preamp, and a 5 bolt, roasted maple neck, as seen in this shot of the back of the one in your link...

    I have a legacy 112 that has a cloth cover. I'd like to find out about getting a metal grille for mine as well. I do see images out there of the 210 with cloth. My impression was that the cloth were the 'original' legacy ones and the later runs had the metal grilles.

    When hooking up an extension cab to the combo(s), I see the connection on the combo end needs to be speakon, but does the connection on the extension cab need to be speakon as well, or can it be just a regular 1/4" plug?

    I suppose you could see if they'd sell you another nut, have someone file the one you currently have, then if you don't like it, have the person that filed it swap the replacement in.
