i love his compositions (and his bass playing of course. the man was a legend), and i heard there were groups that were touring with his music. Can someone tell me who they are, and where I can find a list of places that their playing?

get a fender jazz bass. my friend's in a nirvana cover band and he uses a mim one and he sounds just like him. he leaves all the eq dials on 5. he even gets the sound when he plays out of his crappy little silvertone practice amp

i have been playing double bass for a couple of years now and ive always either played a bass someone else owned or a rented one, and its time i bought one. my question is what is a good price for a bass that isnt crazy, high-end, expensive, but at the same time isnt just a cheap piece of crap...

im just asking who u think is the better all around bass player (dead or alive) (in jaco's case just think of him when he was in his prime)

i forgot about matt freeman. we should have had him in there, but appently nobody we asked said him. and i'd consider krist a punk bassist. he learned bass by playing punk songs, nirvana was a kind of odd punk band when they started so i'd consider him. nice picks by the way :)
