I sent the serial number (12406563) to Thomann and they told me to send the amp back. I also contacted the service center in Helsinki (Soundtools Oy) and they told me that they can't check the serial numbers and that I don't have to get the amp checked out unless it has a problem. I suppose...

Try this first. I had a similar problem and it went away after doing this.

I have one. I use it with a HyDrive 115 as a stack. Great combination. I've never used it on it's own on a gig.

I had one in the 80's. The original speakers were crap. I put EV's in mine. Sounded OK, but way too big and heavy. Modern cabs sound better at half the weight/size/price.
