    Sounds like an awesome bass. I think you could use some pics to back up your sales pitch. In addition, I would have to disagree that "new warwicks are nowhere near the quality of the old ones."

    Well... You can't go wrong with the corvette, it's a great basic warwick, very popular, all arround solid bass. The Katana is more upper scale warwick, neck through, fancier design. You don't see these floating around too much. I have not tried one, and I haven't heard alot about them...

    The neck profiles vary by the year. I believe the fat necks were only produced through the late 90s and throughout the 2000s. The thinner neck profile now comes standard on new warwicks.

    Thanks dude! Actually, I was originally looking for a 4 string infinity, but when I saw this guy I had to have it. In retrospect, I am quite happy I got it as a 5er.
