    What is your preferred method of band communication?

    A private FB group, mostly. Post info on set lists, special attention for next rehearsal, reminders, gig details, ideas, requests, etc. Phone calls for immediate stuff. The expectation is that each will check the page daily at a minimum if not off the grid.
