cant go wrong, Squier has really stepped their game up as of late. Played their take on the Jaguar bass last week and i gotta tell ya, its tempting to go spend the money given how "bang for your buck" they are

haha dude thats killer for your first bass I played one of those a *shudder* guitar center the other week and man, blown away by the sound.

plenty man, I use it in most of my bands songs to hit that low rhythm and keep a nice solid background, not to say i dont throw in a bass solo ;) but you get my point

this man's bass.....absolutely my dream bass

IMHO they just dont sound as good as true German-made Warwicks, I played two corvettes at Guitar Center *shudder* the other night and one was Rockbass, the other a standard Warwick. I could not only hear/feel the better quality sound coming from the true warwick, but also it played a lot better...

Jealous, definitely one of my favorite basses of all time congrats on gettin back into it tho :D

I've also seen a couple ROCKBASS by Warwick fretlesses online for around $450 Any opinion on those?
