    My 4-string has a J99 at the neck and the MM style humbucker at the bridge with a piezo. My 5 has the soapbars. They are both very versatile, but two completely different sounds. The 5 is warmer and the 4 has more bite. The 5 is all walnut so I'm not really sure how much that contributes to...
