    $1000+ for Indonesian basses?

Been playing my Indo squier tele almost exclusively since 2012. It is by far the best bass I have ever played. Amazing quality. Plus it has the, "squier trigger", which, quite enjoyably, causes gear snobs of all stripes to squirm. I don't think you can go wrong with an indo that feels right in...

    SR405EQM Vs SR505E

Question has been answered in the Soundgear forum. Apparenly a common defect.

Has anyone had an issue with the bridge tabs bending up on the SR405QM? I've had the bass many years, and rarely play it, but need it for a tune, and the D string flew out of the bridge, and upon inspection, the tab is bent up, and metal fatigue is visible. I bent it back, started to tune up...

What is your main bass and why?

I have too many, but my main bass, since about 2012, used at about 90% of the gigs I've played, is a Squier Vintage Modified Telecaster Bass Special. I bought it new when they first came out. I can't put it down, it fits my body, and it sounds fantastic. It never goes out of tune, the action has...

    SR405EQM Vs SR505E

I have the 5 string SR405EQM. I rarely play it, but I need it for a song. My bridge tab has bent up on the D, I took it out to my shop, bent it back, and it bent again on tuning. String flies out. I need to order a new bridge, but I'm afraid it'll happen again. Anybody else ever have this problem.

    Lero Bass

Mine was a lero jazz copy, sunburst. Back in about 72. Wish I had it now, can't find one. Closest I have got so far as a Lero SG bass, great little bass.

I got one last year. Same thing. Absolute garbage tone through my Bassman TV15. Tossed it in the case, and it sat. Long story short, TV15 gave me a problem. Got a fender rumble 500, and a traynor cab. Said what the heck, tried the longhorn. Absolute thunder. Very pleased so far 3 gigs with it...

Well, I've gigged the 500 several times, and Sunday night I had a rock show so I added the traynor neo 15" cab. I had the vol at about 8 oclock, in a large club, gain about same. It rained down thunder. I was really surprised. I thought it was even a bit loud, but the sound guy said all good. No...

    Backup amp, a necessity?

I bring backup bass, strings, tube, but not an amp. Could my Zoom B2.1u Bass Effects Pedal do a direct in to the PA in case of emergency? I think it has a balanced xlr out. Anybody done this?

Well, the Rumble 500 arrived. I cannot believe how loud this thing is. It is far louder than my 350 Watt Bassman TV15. Anyway, I married it with a Traynor Neo and I'm looking forward to gigging it soon. Thanks for all the info you guys. Terrific forum.

Can't find a peak rating. The seller said he used it with a 250 watt bassman head, which is 250 watts continuous and never had a problem. Maybe I'll take a chance. Thanks.

Yeah it's 400 watts program, so maybe I better pass. Based on this, it's about 50 watts shy at full capacity? Thanks for the great info!
