Damn, I emailed Pirastro the other day and they said that the Raw A is not a thing. Does anyone have an opinion on the Kuerschner vs Pure Corde choices? If they even exist? If you had a choice in Kuerschner guages, what would you go for to match with the normal Chorda guages?

Picked one up a pretty minty used one on the road this past weekend, I think I got a steal of a deal, especially since the L&M is selling them for over grand. Used it on a few tunes on stage, it's gonna be a fun bass to get to know.

I'm interested in this as well. This year I've had the pleasure of getting renovicted from a huge two bedroom apartment, moved into a 464 square foot spot, and my gal moved in. I still can't figure out an efficient way of keeping three basses stored.

I haven't tried the OC 5, but this last year I spent a lot of time trying out "affordable" replacements for my 80's MIJ Octaver. The little Markbass pedal got me closest, but not identical. I would've saved myself alot of time just spending the money on a second MIJ backup pedal though
