Yep... Tokai but local luthier love it. Sounds like a sweet horn. Installed a babicz bridge on it. Now to find 3 hole tuners or just mod pings on it.

Got my Babicz the last day of the sale at GC yesterday for 49.00! Last one they had too...

Neck and head stock are original except for frets being removed and filled. It was sanded and smoothed. The mods took place 20 years ago according to this last owner. All saying, I've got 300.00 into the whole thing including the original mexi cost.

Already have a Markus Miller 4 string so getting rid of the mexi for the fretless made sense. I've just never seen anybody shave horns down like that or even seen anything like it. Almost seemed evil even owning it! Sure sounds good and has that Jaco tone!
