Your Windows 10 instance should come pre-loaded with Video Editor, the successor to Windows Movie Maker. If you really just need to splice two clips together it should work fine with no additional software needed. Otherwise, another +1 for da Vinci resolve.

You could use Dante for this if I’m understanding the ask. Put an X-Dante card in the X32, run a single Ethernet cable to your computer, and run Dante virtual sound card on the computer. set the card to route the channels/taps you want and away you go, mixing and monitoring on your computer
