yano, it depends on the gig, for me at least. If I know i'm gonna be busy holding the whole band together (which is quite common) i feel that those 5hr energy drinks seem to do the trick, keeps my blood flowin, makes me so hyper that it appears i'm having fun and gives me EXTREME playability...
