isnt there something about a damping factor or other specs that can make a power amp - even though it is clear for program sources - buckle under when faced with bass transients, spikes, and frequency demands?

All in all, great system. You just have to use it appropriately. this is the real key to these systems - I use it in a duo - no drums - just guitar, bass and two vocal mics - one 'stick' and two bass modules - works great for small venues with that lineup -

interested in hearing your review of the alphabass - ive got one and love it - but it doesnt really provide much volume beyond a small club gig

several in ET use a wooden tv tray - it would look 'better' painted black or dark gray - but it works - adds a little to the footprint, but folds, easy to transport and works

I have mostly Ibanez basses but the last purchase I made a year ago was a Peavey Foundation with the Super Ferrite pickups - simply awesome! I need a gig bag or case - this one has the long headstock - and cannot find one in Knox Vegas TN! Anyone one or the other got for sale?

great demo on youtube - it is a very versatile unit - I've got AlphaBASS and Classic 400 but the MEGABASS are the workhorses - can run anything in and can drive anything out - picked up a CETEC Gauss Big Tweet the other day and ran it bi-amp with various bottoms and the combination just really sang!

I want a number please - I have two MEGABASS - love 'em!
