How do you prevent your Class D High Power Amp from Vibrating Off the Cabinet?

I use rubber feet attached to the amp. The cabinet is always tilted up with my 'calibrated' piece of scrap wood, so the two front feet of the amp hang over the front lip, and it all stays in place (even when a drunk patron cartwheeled a 'dance move' into the amp)

    It's Plavix time!

One of the toughest things is how you sometimes must advocate strongly for yourself. It is hard to remain nice at those times, but polite insistence often works. Courage.

    It's Plavix time!

I had something similar although with mixed symptoms that kept the neurologists from a firm diagnosis. MRIs are not the magical tool I thought. Recovering and living right, but relearning a lot. I am lucky that is coming back, but at a moderate rate. Courage to all and best wishes.

Downsizing from rigs of doom...which path did you take?

A 2x10 and a 1x12. Tone wise, I was lucky they match. With a powerful head and efficient speakers I have a choice that suits anything.

    Genz 210 Cabs?

I have Focus and NEOX series cabs and the are super, "no excuses" cabs. The NEOX is especially light, but even the Focus 410 is an EZ load with my little cart. I cannot explain why they sell so cheap when you can find one. L O U D.

    Downsizing

After a tough but lucky year of bad health, I downsized to a fretless Lakin prototype and a mahogany Marcus Miller J. I am happier now than I was when gigging with an arsenal to choose from. I learned from that.

What Lengths Have You Gone To To Minimize/Organize Your Live Setup?

The one I have is the 150/300 capacity that sells for about $80. It handles busted up parking lots fine. Gravel would not work but broken pavement is OK. I love that it's not wobbly when loaded or hopping a door threshold.

What Lengths Have You Gone To To Minimize/Organize Your Live Setup?

Best improvement for me was a Milwaukee branded convertible roller cart. No flex or slop, it's solid and rolls well over crap parking lots and sidewalks. I also bought 4 custom rectangular milk crates for general gig use. One for the band's power cables, one for outlet strips, one for light...

Entwistle early 70's Sunn Coliseum Rig

Are the 3x12s inverted for some purpose ? Love the rig.

Just Joined a New 90's Cover Band in the Building Stage- Should be Interesting

Is it due to parent's playlists ? We had a few surprises from our 70's stuff. Zoso's LZ tributes draw a lot of younger fans here.

When & Reasons Why You Should Quit Your Band

When adapting to members drastically changes the core music. I cannot count all the great songs that were neglected due to that. I am glad that person found an audience, but was ready to stop my own part in it.

    Genz Benz Shuttle 9.0 troubles!

I have gigged a Shuttle 9.0 for several years and had agedhorse repair it. It will give you all the wattage and performance you expect, and it's not necessary to throw it off anything.

    Crazy Audition Stories

We had a dude show up in a battered windowless Kidnapper Van. Nice white Guild SG, and... ...an elaborate two panel FX board with lots of cables. It produced one screech after another. Phaser swoops, more screeches, volume drop outs, etc. He could sing, though. Sang some Foreigner stuff like it...

    Animals As Leaders Gig review

Fantastic ! Congratulations and thanks for sharing a look behind the scenes. I'd be floating for days after that.
