Entwistle early 70's Sunn Coliseum Rig

It's a shame the sound man is micing it with a single Senn 609 though! You should INSIST on getting three channels with three mic on the board. I've had to battle for my space with the drummer on the mixing board but it's worth it once the sound man understands that kind of thing is not about efficentcy but instead, EXCESS! ( and if you tell me you're taking a direct line out for the lows then...I.... will.... cry)

That was my first thought, too......still, to be honest...just how much PA support could one possibly need with that monster!?!?!?

You've got to be one huge mofo. That Ric looks tiny on you!

Damnation of Adam Blessing

Saw them many times, I'm from Cleveland!

Also my old Sunn rig

I always wanted a Ric scaled down to my small frame... when I play my short scale SX jazz (body is downsized also), I always think...ah, so this is how it must feel to be a big dude like Chris Squire handling a regular scale bass...

Cool pic of the Who tribute band... my first thought was...'hey, Robert Plant is jammin' with the 'Ooh! At least your Daltrey isn't as fond of his nipples as the real one...props on that aspect. The drummer really looks like Moon, too... does he primp with his hair between his "My Generation" drumfills, too, for accuracy's sake? LOL

Are the 3x12s inverted for some purpose ? Love the rig.
It’s what Entwistle used to do(as well as Mountain)…the cab on top is flush with the one on the bottom for stability. Unlike Marshalls, there are no wheel cups for stacking, in fact the 24” x 40” cabs were not meant to be stacked at all, unless on their sides(little plastic feet doing their job).

Thanks... I try to keep them covered and take my time loading in my equipment; although there are a few dings here and there... Yes, I need roadcases!!!

...I made the jacket, thanks!

Thanks!!!

I was in a Cream tribute band until two years ago. Man was that great! We had 23 Cream songs at the end of the run.
I still have my Allman Brothers tribute band going: Idlewild West
