How far is it from the bridge to the pickup on a stingray?

Hi what's bridge saddle zero point? As in the saddle about to fall off the intonation screw, the saddle with the screw tightened to the max, or something else? I also need to know the position of the bridge pickup on a Stingray short scale. Does anybody own one of those?

Anyone ever heard of "TENDER" brand bass? Pics inside!

Hi I once Google translated a Japanese blog tracing the origins of the 'Tender' brand. A man took his Tender strat guitar to be inspected by a person in the guitar business who felt that the workmanship / parts specification was very 'Tokai-ish'. On closer inspection, they found the Tokai brand...

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

The Furman doesnt have to be in a rack. I could shove it into my backpack. I've read about these class D heads blowing their internal fuses and just want to protect mine a little. But what you said makes a lot of sense. I totally forgot about the weight of all the gear. Being able to move it...

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Does that have the 'sweetened' tuning settings for bass? I've heard a lot about the brand.

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

The only other tuner I could find is a peterson but that costs twice as much. No fancy Christmas lights, I can turn it off and it uses a standard power cable. Someone suggested a used korg dtr1 which I am searching for locally. Interestingly, I found an instrument cable by Daddario that has a...

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Yea I know I have to get my act together not just the rig. If I sound out of tune nothing else matters. More practice! :bassist:

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Why didnt I think of this? I could just set it perpendicular to the cab and no one will see it! Thanks!

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Great suggestions here guys, some I've never thought about too. Thank you so much! To sum it up - 1. AB switch 2. Tuner out to tuner pedal 3. Turn the rack off 4. Cover the rack display 5. Ignore the audience 6. Tune at specific times 7. Setup my bass and improve my technique 8. Join a band...

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Hey Rip! I scored a class D ampeg portaflex 350W head with a beat up 115 cab. It's a start! Now I'm looking for a cheap Furman M10 LXE and a tuner rack. The thing with this particular model is that theres a start up delay of 'a few seconds' according to the manufacturer. I'm just worried about...

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Nah it was funny, no apologies are necessary. We're good. Yes I'm just starting to play fretless and am just nervous that the first few rows can actually see when I havent hit the right pitch. When the music sucks, the tuner gets rewarded with attention  Heck of a feature.

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Do you plug the tuner into a surge protector when you do use it? And can you see the display on a bright day outdoors?

Tuner out - can it be turned off?

Hi, I'm thinking of running a cable from the tuner out of the amp into a Korg Pitchblack Pro rack tuner. Problem is I dont want the tuner on all the time. I especially hate that others can watch the tuber and tell that I'm out of tune when I'm playing. It makes me nervous. The tuner has a...
